Jennifer has known Mike for over 10 years, going back to the days of stuffy offices and equally stuffy outfits. She understands the distinction between business issues and legal issues and works with clients to address both.Jennifer’s practice is concentrated in a broad range of franchising matters, including preparation of FDDs and related contracts, compliance with state registration and relationship laws, state and federal disclosure requirements, franchise sales compliance, and preparation of general business contracts.Jennifer is admitted to the state bar of Colorado. She is a Colorado native and holds a J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law.
