Thomas Bodström studied law at Stockholm University and graduated with a B.Sc. in Law in 1990.He worked as a legal assistant and lawyer at the law firm Sju Advokater during the years 1990-1996. He was a co-owner and founded Stockholms Advokatbyrå in 1996.During the years 2000-2006, he served as the Minister of Justice. From 2006 to 2010, he was the Chairman of the Justice Committee.In the years 2007-2014, he and Claes Borgström jointly led Borgström & Bodström Advokatbyrå.Since the autumn of 2014, he has been running the law firm Thomas Bodström.Thomas Bodström is a member of Kalingalinga, an organization dedicated to providing grants to schoolchildren in Zambia.
